1 Injured in Saugus Crash Near San Francisquito Canyon and Copper Hill
SANTA CLARITA, CA (November 10, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a crash near San Francisquito Canyon Road and Copper Hill Drive in Saugus.
According to an article published by The Signal, the accident took place on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 3 p.m.
The incident happened on November 9 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the Saugus neighborhood.
2 Vehicles Collide Head-On
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said the cars crashed near the intersection of San Francisquito Canyon Road and Copper Hill Drive.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They then found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took the patient to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police forced the area of San Francisquito and Copper Hill to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Saugus crash is under investigation.
