Teen Badly Injured in Saugus Hit-and-Run Crash at Bouquet Canyon and David
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 4, 2022) – A hit-and-run crash badly injured a teen at Bouquet Canyon Road and David Way in Saugus.
According to an article published by the Hometown Station, the accident took place on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the collision at around 7:40 a.m.
The sheriff’s station said the incident happened on February 1 when a white Ford Excursion struck a teenage pedestrian for an unknown reason.
The car hit the victim at the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and David Way in the Saugus neighborhood. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.

Medical personnel found the teen who ended up suffering from moderate injuries as a result of the collision. They then rushed the patient to a local hospital for treatment.
The report did not disclose the condition of the wounded party at this time. Meanwhile, deputies affirmed that the driver of the Ford did not stop to render aid to the victim and fled the area.
They arrested the suspect on felony hit-and-run and soon released her from custody. Officers forced the corner of Bouquet Canyon and David to shut down following the collision.
The cause of the Saugus hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
