1 Injured in Selma Crash at East Floral and South Bethel Avenues
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (April 21, 2021) – At least one was injured after a car crash at Floral Avenue and Bethel Avenue in Selma.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident last week on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on April 15 at about 2:08 p.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of East Floral and South Bethel avenues in Selma.
2 Cars Collide Near Rose Avenue
The report described the cars involved as a black Nissan Titan and a black Nissan Altima. The pickup truck sustained major front damage upon impact.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Rose Avenue. They found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the accident. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the roadway to shut down for about an hour following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Selma crash.
