At Least 1 Hurt in Traffic Collision at Scaroni Avenue and Lerdo Highway Saturday
Shafter, CA (September 11, 2021) – A suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Scaroni Avenue and Lerdo Highway resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
On Saturday, a traffic collision took place at the Shafter intersection. The exact number of vehicles involved in the crash remained unknown at this time.
Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 5:45 a.m. According to the CHP dispatch, first responders found at least one person with minor injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to the unidentified victim. Additional details on the injured party have not been discussed thus far.
