4 Injured in South Gate Crash Near San Juan Avenue and Firestone Boulevard
SOUTH GATE, CA (November 3, 2021) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash near San Juan Avenue and Firestone Boulevard in South Gate.
According to the FOX 11 News and CBS Los Angeles, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 4 p.m.
South Gate police said multiple vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed near the intersection of San Juan Avenue and Firestone Boulevard.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Officers added that a silver car involved rolled upside down and a convertible ended up completely damaged upon impact.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of four people who sustained unspecified injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took all four patients to the hospital for treatment. The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police forced the area of San Juan and Firestone to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the South Gate crash is still under investigation.
