Juvenile Injured in Crash on Dale Avenue
Spring Valley, CA (April 20, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic collision that occurred on Dale Avenue Thursday afternoon, April 20.
Vehicle Hits Child Riding Scooter in Spring Valley
Our sources indicated a juvenile was riding a scooter traveling down the hill on Dale Avenue. When the child approached the 9830 block of the roadway, a vehicle struck them. The make and model of the car involved in the crash have not been revealed thus far.
CHP logged the case around 3:07 p.m.
According to the dispatch, the force from the impact ejected the juvenile from their scooter. Officials said the child hit their heading during the cash. Pending confirmation, the exact age of the victim and the extent of their injuries remained undisclosed.
Detectives assigned to handle the incident stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. They continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the collision on Dale Avenue in Spring Valley.
