Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in St Helena Crash on Spring Mountain Road
ST HELENA, CA (October 9, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash on Spring Mountain Road in St Helena.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 4 p.m.
According to CHP, the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in St Helena. The two crashed on Spring Mountain Road.
Collision Near State Park
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced a stretch of Spring Mountain Road to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the St Helena crash is still under investigation.
