Stephanie Miranda, 38, Killed in Truck Accident on SR-101 Tuesday
SONOMA COUNTY, Ca (February 6, 2020) – A 38-year-old woman died in a traffic collision early Tuesday on Highway 101, the Press Democrat News reported.
Preliminary investigation revealed Stephanie E. Miranda, of Santa Rosa, was behind the wheel of a car traveling on SR-101 around 12:30 a.m. When Miranda approached the exit at Bicentennial Way, she accidentally crashed into the rear of a stopped big rig.
Officials confirmed the impact instantly killed Miranda at the scene.

Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the operator of the truck, Mauricio Madrigal of Reedley, appeared unharmed after the crash.
Responding teams closed the offramp for approximately four hours to give way to the investigation. Liabilities in the tragic collision remained unknown.
