Woman, 24, Killed in Stockton Hit-and-Run Near Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive
STOCKTON, CA (October 21, 2021) – A hit-and-run crash killed a pedestrian at Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive in Stockton.
According to an article published by the ABC 10 News, the tragic accident took place last month on September 19. Officers reported the collision at around 10 p.m.
The incident happened when a vehicle struck a female pedestrian for an unknown reason in Stockton. Police said the driver hit her near the intersection of Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the 24-year-old woman left lying on the ground as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel then rushed the victim to an area hospital, where she died on October 2. The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the woman and fled the area. They described the car as a silver or white colored sedan.
Officers closed the intersection of Hammer and Kelley to gather evidence and information. The fatal Stockton hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
