At Least 1 Hurt in Collision at Mitchell and Don Pedro Road Saturday
Ceres, CA (September 14, 2021) – Police arrested 50-year-old Sukhijinder Singh in relation with an injury car crash that occurred in the area of Mitchell and Don Pedro Road.
On September 11, Saturday, two vehicles collided at the Ceres intersection. The Ceres Courier reported Sukhijinder Singh was behind the wheel of a Cadillac Escalade spotted swerving and speeding. When the Cadillac approached the crossing of Mitchell and Don Pedro, it reportedly crashed into another vehicle.
According to the article published online, an occupant from the other vehicle suffered injuries as a result of the accident. The name of the victim and the extent of their trauma remained unknown.

Meanwhile, investigators said they performed tests on Sukhijinder Singh. Authorities confirmed the man failed the field sobriety test. Police then arrested and booked the suspect into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center; on charges of DUI and felony hit-and-run.
Further investigation on the case is underway.
