Minor Injury Collision at Lincoln Street and Midway Road Thursday
Taft, CA (November 13, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Lincoln Street and Midway Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a semi truck collided with another vehicle at the Taft intersection. Officials described the car involved in the accident as a dark gray Chevrolet Cruze.

Rescue teams arrived at the location at about 5:45 a.m. First responders reportedly found at least one person with injuries to their leg and face. An ambulance transported the patient to the hospital for treatment, and further evaluation.
Additional details on the mishap have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the car and truck accident at Lincoln Street and Midway Road.
