1 Seriously Injured in Terra Bella Crash Near Avenue 80 and Road 240
TERRA BELLA, CA (November 28, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash near Avenue 80 and Road 240 in Terra Bella.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Sunday afternoon. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 3:28 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the Terra Bella area of Tulare County. They crashed near the intersection of Avenue 80 and Road 240.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars as a black Chevrolet Silverado and a green SUV. The pickup truck obtained major damage while the SUV ended up with major front-end damage.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Highway 65. They found one person who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the name and condition of the wounded patient at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced both lanes of Avenue 80 to shut down near Road 240 following the wreck. The cause of the Terra Bella crash is still under investigation.
