2 Killed in Fiery Collision on Highway 99 Thursday
Tulare, CA (September 10, 2021) – A fatal traffic accident occurred Thursday night on Highway 99, the ABC30 News reported.
Our sources indicated a car and a semi truck collided in the northbound side of the highway near Tulare Street. The horrible crash took place shortly before 8:30 p.m.

When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found the car engulfed in flames. Our sources indicated two people were trapped in the fiery wreckage. Responding paramedics pulled out the victims, and performed life-saving measures to them but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died.
The names of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned the truck operator appeared unharmed after the incident.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the fatal car and truck accident in Tulare.
