Rollover Car Accident on Highway 101 Monday
Ukiah, CA (September 14, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred on U.S. Route Highway 101.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic collision that occurred near Perkins Street offramp on September 13, Monday.
According to the CHP dispatch, one vehicle rolled over due to the force from the impact. The vehicle overturned across the lanes of he highway and came to a rest in the southbound side.
Medical personnel arrived at the location shortly after 3:30 a.m. Responding paramedics reportedly found one person with injuries from the accident. At this time, the name of the victim and the extent of the injuries remained undisclosed.
Hit-and-Run Crash in Ukiah, September 13
Officials later confirmed a party involved in the wreck fled the scene before they arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning to investigate several factors surrounding the hit-and-run car crash in Ukiah.
