Upper Lake crash Highway 20
1 Seriously Injured in Upper Lake Crash on Highway 20 Near R Pomo Pumps
UPPER LAKE, CA (June 16, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash on Highway 20 in Upper Lake.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the collision at about 3:20 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Upper Lake. They crashed on Highway 20 in front of the R Pomo Pumps gas station.
2 Cars Collide Near Robinson Rancheria
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the Robinson Rancheria Resort and Casino. They found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel took the patient to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Highway 20 near the gas station to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Upper Lake crash.
