Motorcyclist Killed in Victorville Crash at Del Gado and Manzano Roads
VICTORVILLE, CA (June 21, 2022) – A crash killed a motorcyclist at Del Gado and Manzano roads in Victorville.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the tragic accident took place on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:48 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said the rider of a 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre and a 2015 Toyota Corolla collided for an unknown reason in Victorville.
The two crashed at the intersection of Del Gado and Manzano roads. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the motorcyclist down on the ground.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
The patient sustained critical injuries as a result of the collision. An air ambulance then took the victim to the Loma Linda University Medical Center, where they died.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stopped following the incident.
Officers forced the area of Del Gado and Manzano roads to shut down for a time after the wreck. The cause of the fatal Victorville crash is still under investigation.
