3 Injured in Victorville Crash Near Baldy Mesa Road and Mesa Street
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 7, 2022) – Several were injured after a head-on crash near Baldy Mesa Road and Mesa Street in Victorville.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the accident took place on Monday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 6:42 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles collided head-on for an unknown reason. They crashed near the intersection of Baldy Mesa Road and Mesa Street in the unincorporated area of Victorville.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars as a red Dodge Ram truck and a red Honda Civic. The Dodge rolled onto its side due to the impact of the incident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found both the pickup and the hatchback with major damage. A total of three people ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patients to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced Baldy Mesa to shut down in both directions near Mesa following the wreck. The cause of the Victorville crash is still under investigation.
