Man, 40, Fatal Victim in Rollover Collision Near Avenue A Thursday
Rosamond, CA (October 16, 2021) – William Francis LaValley III, a 40-year-old Palmdale resident, died following car crash on Highway 14.
The KGET News reported a Chevrolet pickup hit the back of a semi truck near Avenue A in Rosamond. Due to the force from the impact, caused the Chevrolet pickup to rolled over several times. Authorities said the Chevrolet lost its front two wheels, and ended up disabled in the center divider of Highway 14.

Shortly after 7 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the accident scene. Paramedics found William LaValley III with serious injuries. Despite life-threatening injuries, the Chevrolet driver succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate the precise cause of the deadly car crash in Rosamond.
