Major Injury Collision on State Route 20 Near Lone Star Road Thursday
Williams, CA (June 25, 2021) – A motorcycle rider suffered injuries following a traffic accident on State Route 20 in Williams, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Our sources indicated the motorcyclist collided with a gray SUV on SR-20 near Lone Star Road. The CHP dispatch mentioned the crash occurred in the area between the 6334 and 6457 marker of the freeway.
Motorcycle Rider Hospitalized After Traffic Accident in Williams, June 24
Shortly after 2:50 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the rider found with major injuries. Due to the severe condition of the victim, a helicopter airlifted the patient to a hospital for treatment. The CHP dispatch mentioned the rider suffered a broken orbital, pain to all their joints, and lacerations.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was discussed on the other driver involved in the wreck.
