Major Injury Collision on Old River Road Tuesday
Yolo, CA (May 11, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a car accident that occurred on Old River Road Tuesday afternoon.
According to the CHP dispatch, three vehicles collided at the intersection of Old River Road and County Road 22. First responders found at the scene a white Toyota Prius, a white van; and another vehicle of unknown make and model.

Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 3:15 p.m. Paramedics attended to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck.
Several factors surrounding the traffic collision on Old River Road remained unclear. Given that, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car accident in Yolo County.
