Jogger Fatally Struck by Vehicle at County Road 98 and 25A
Yolo County, CA (March 26, 2022) – A jogger died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of County Road 98 and 25A, the Sacramento Bee News reported.
Officials said a male individual was jogging in the area just south of Woodland in Yolo County. When the man approached the intersection of County Road 98 and County Road 25A, a vehicle struck the running man. The horrible crash took place Friday at approximately 4:40 a.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found the jogger lying on the ground. Paramedics attempted to save the pedestrian but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and eventually died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Investigators continue to work at this time to determine liability in the deadly accident at County Road 98 and 25A in Yolo County.
