1 Killed in Yolo County Crash at County Road 89 and County Road 27
YOLO COUNTY, CA (December 3, 2022) – A car crash killed one person at County Road 89 and County Road 27 in Yolo County.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the tragic accident took place on Saturday night. Officers reported the collision at about 9;25 p.m.
The incident happened when two sedans collided for an unknown reason in Yolo County. CHP said the cars crashed at the intersection of County Road 89 and County Road 27.
2 Cars Collide
Both vehicles obtained damage due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Interstate 505.
Medical personnel confirmed that one individual died as a result of the incident. The name of the deceased victim has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of County Road 89 and County Road 27 to shut down for a time following the wreck. The cause of the fatal Yolo County crash is still under investigation.
