Whitley Gardens Car Accident on State Route 46
SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. (May 9, 2024) — A two-vehicle crash happened Thursday afternoon on eastbound State Route Highway 46 at Whitley Gardens Drive.
The collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of SR-46 at around 12:47 p.m. on May 9th in Whitley Gardens, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a white Ford Escape and a black Chevrolet Cruze collided due to unknown circumstances at the Whitley Gardens intersection, east of Paso Robles.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with minor injuries, but there are no further details at this time.
Meanwhile, the Ford had front-end damage and was towed from the crash scene.
Investigators from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office are working to determine fault for the Whitley Gardens crash.
