Santa Monica Police Hit-and-Run Investigation
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (Nov. 12, 2021) – A hit-and-run Santa Monica pedestrian accident on Wilshire Boulevard and Third Street left a person with serious injuries.
Nearly two weeks later, police are still searching for the suspect who fled the scene without stopping to help the victim.
The Santa Monica pedestrian accident happened about 1 a.m. on Oct. 31st in the early morning hours of Halloween. Additionally, police did not mention the age, gender or identity of the victim.
Also, the Santa Monica Police Department reported there are security images showing the possible hit-and-run vehicle.
The vehicle is described as a white Infiniti G-series sedan with no front license plate. The vehicle would have sustained “major damage”‘ from the victim hitting the windshield on the passenger side, police said.
There is no description available at this time of the motorist.
