2 Vehicles Overturn in Crash on I-8 Freeway
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Nov. 19, 2021) — A rollover crash happened on the Interstate 8 Freeway Friday morning at Mission Center Road, according to CHP officials.
The traffic accident happened in the westbound lanes of Mission Valley Freeway about 8:40 a.m. on Nov. 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Both vehicles including a white 4-door 2011 Kia Optima wound up upside down on their roof following the crash. The vehicles were near the Bed Bath and Beyond sign just west of Texas and east of Mission Center Road.

The vehicles overturned in the fast lane and center divider area. The debris scattered all over the roadway. Paramedics responded due to minor injuries suffered in the collision. The CHP report does not mention how many people were hurt.
Finally, investigators seek to determine fault for the San Diego rollover accident.
