Tesla Rear-ended on I-405 Freeway in Granada Hills
GRANADA HILLS, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2022) — A two-vehicle crash on the southbound Interstate 405 Freeway happened Monday morning, just south of Devonshire Street in the Granada Hills area.
The collision occurred in the slow lanes about 9:17 a.m. on Sept. 12th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say a gray Honda allegedly rear-ended a black Tesla driven by a person with the last name Karasik. Both vehicles suffered major damage in the crash. The Tesla had rear-end damage and the Honda had front-end damage.
Tow trucks responded to remove both vehicles from the freeway.
Meanwhile, paramedics responded to help those injured, but there are no further details.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
