RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 22, 2023) — Two people were injured Wednesday morning in a Thermal car accident at Tyler Avenue and 66th Avenue.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 8:18 a.m. on Feb. 22nd, according to CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department.
CHP officials reported the collision occurred at the Thermal intersection due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics with the Riverside County Fire Department responded to help those hurt. One person suffered minor injuries and the other was seriously injured. An air ambulance transported the most badly hurt person to a trauma center for further treatment. The other person was taken to a hospital by ground ambulance, the report said.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the Thermal intersection.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Thermal car accident.
