Man, 26, Killed in Crash on McKinley Avenue

FRESNO, Calif. (May 6, 2024) — Adam Andrew Garza, 26, died in a motorcycle crash Friday involving a pickup on McKinley Avenue in Fresno.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 1:00 p.m. at Effie Street, near Blackstone Avenue, according to a report by Fox 26 News.

The motorcycle rider on a Yamaha Sport Bike was heading east on McKinley Avenue when a large black pickup truck traveling northbound on Effie Street pulled out in front of the bike.

Bystanders and witnesses came to help the injured motorcyclist until paramedics arrived. The injured man was take to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Meanwhile, the truck driver stopped and cooperated with police and the investigation.
