Man, 21, Killed, Two Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Chatsworth
CHATSWORTH, Calif. (June 16, 2022) – Adrian Marquez, 21, of Pacoima, died in a Chatsworth crash Wednesday night on Winnetka Avenue near Lassen Street.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner identified the young man who died. Two others were seriously injured in the multi-vehicle collision, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred just before 8:40 p.m. on June 15th near 9900 Winnetka Ave., fire officials said.
The LAFD responded and pronounced Adrian Marquez dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported two people by ambulances to a hospital in serious condition. Firefighters rescued at least one of the surviving patients from inside their vehicle, the report said.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash in Chatsworth on Winnetka Avenue.
