Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Japatul Road
ALPINE, Calif. (March 1, 2024) — A head-on motorcycle accident happened Friday on Japatul Road in the Alpine area of San Diego County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in front of 19300 Japatul Road at around 12:31 p.m. on March 1, just west of Arabian Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported traffic was blocked in both directions due to the collision.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with injuries, but there are no further details.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident in Apline.
