Man Struck, Killed on Euclid Avenue in Anaheim
ANAHEIM, Calif. (July 9, 2021) — A fatal Anaheim pedestrian accident happened Thursday night on Euclid Avenue.
A driver struck a man near Sallie Lane about 10:50 p.m. on July 8th, according to the Orange County Register. The pedestrian later died at a hospital due to major injuries, police said.
Anaheim police responded to the fatal crash site at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Sallie Lane. They located lying in the northbound lanes.

Police believe the man attempted to cross Euclid Street when he was struck by the northbound vehicle. The intersection here does not have a marked crosswalk or traffic lights.
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and remained on scene after the deadly Euclid Avenue crash in Anaheim. Police determined drugs and alcohol were not factors.
Investigators will determine liability for the man’s death. The man’s name will be released by the Orange County Sheriff Coroner after relative are notified of his death.
