Bay Point Car Accident San Marco Boulevard, Highway 4
2-Vehicle Crash at Highway 4 On Ramp
BAY POINT, Calif. (July 27, 2023) — A two-vehicle Bay Point car accident happened Thursday on the southbound San Marco Boulevard on ramp to westbound Highway 4.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:37 a.m. on July 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a dark grey Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a white Jeep Wrangler were involved and blocking the left lane of the on ramp.
The Jeep sustained moderate front-end damage and the pickup had major rear-end and front-end damage from the accident.
Paramedics responded to assist those who reported minor injuries at the scene.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Bay Point crash at Highway 4.
