Bicycle Rider Struck, Killed in Madera County
MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (May 23, 2022) — A bicyclist died in a hit-and-run crash on Raymond Road at Road 28 in Madera County.
The collision between the bicycle rider and a vehicle happened about 5 a.m. on May 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly hit-and-run crash occurred just west of Road 28, ABC News reports.
Meanwhile, the driver involved failed to stop following the collision.
There are no further details about the suspect’s vehicle at this time.
Finally, authorities closed down the area and they continue to investigate the case. Also, they are on the lookout for the suspect. Witnesses are asked to contact the CHP.
