Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Stockdale Highway
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2022) — Bly Dion Brown, 45, of Bakersfield, died Saturday night in a Bakersfield motorcycle accident on Stockdale Highway at Coffee Road.
Also, the collision between a car and motorcycle occurred about 9 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17th in West Bakersfield, according to ABC 23 News and the Bakersfield Police Department.
The Bakersfield man identified as Bly Dion Brown suffered major injuries and died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver from the vehicle stopped and cooperated with police, but did not report any injuries.
Authorities investigating the crash determined the driver of the motorcycle allegedly failed to stop for a red light. The bike apparently collided with the car in the intersection.
Investigators continue to work on the case.
