Pedestrian Injured in Car Accident on West Baughman Road in Brawley

IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (March 13, 2024) — A Brawley pedestrian accident happened Wednesday morning at West Baughman Road and Brandt Road.

The collision occurred at around 6:45 a.m. on March 13th, east of Westmoreland and north of Brawley, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported a driver in a brown Hummer struck the pedestrian on the dirt roadway in this rural area of Imperial County.

Paramedics with the Brawley Fire Department responded to help the injured person, but there are no further details at this time.

The case remains under investigation to determine fault for the Brawley pedestrian accident on Baughman Road.
