LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 23, 2023) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Thursday morning on the Harbor 110 Freeway, just north of West El Segundo Boulevard in Los Angeles.
The collision occurred in the southbound carpool lane around 9:31 a.m. on March 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white BMW and a gray Tesla collided in the HOV lane and the BMW overturned and crashed into a concrete guardrail. A vehicle was facing sideways in the No. 1 lane following the accident. Debris from the crash on the southbound side wound up in the northbound 110 Freeway’s carpool and fast lanes, police said.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help those injured in the crash, but there are no further details at this time.
