Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on I-805 Freeway
CHULA VISTA, Calif. (Aug. 1, 2022) — A Chula Vista motorcycle accident happened Monday morning on the Interstate 805 Freeway, just south of State Route Highway 54.
The collision occurred about 8:54 a.m. on August 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported a motorcycle rider collided with the back of a gray Ford Fusion due to unknown circumstances.
The rider was ejected from the bike and crashed into a guardrail on the right shoulder.
Paramedics responded to help the injured motorcycle rider, but there are no further details.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Chula Vista motorcycle accident.
