Motorcycle Passenger Badly Injured After Crash on 91 Freeway Friday
CORONA, Ca (May 24, 2019) – Two people suffered injuries following a motorcycle accident Friday, May 24, on the Interstate 91 Freeway at McKinley Street.
According to the Press Enterprise, a 46-year-old man was operating a motorcycle with one passenger heading east on I-91. When the motorcyclist approached the freeway exit at McKinley Street, he struck a police in front of a Shell gas station.
Medical records indicated paramedics transported the driver to a hospital. The patient received treatment for minor injuries.
Furthermore, the female passenger reportedly suffered significant trauma as a result of the accident. The woman was also hospitalized and was listed in critical condition.
The names of both the driver and the passenger remained undisclosed.
Authorities closed one northbound McKinley lanes from Sampson Avenue, and the eastbound 91 onramp at McKinley to give way to the investigation.
