3 Hurt in Crash into Authorized Vac and Sew Store
FRESNO, Calif. (Sept. 3, 2021) — Three people were injured when a driver crashed into Authorized Vac and Sew at Blackstone and Shaw avenues in Fresno.
The employee who was fired from the north Fresno business drove his vehicle into the building.
Police arrested the driver after the collision Friday morning that left three people with injuries.
The Authorized Vac and Sew store is located near Blackstone Avenue between Barstow and Shaw avenues.
Driver Arrested; 1 Hospitalized; 2 Minor Injuries
Three of the store’s employees were injured in the crash, but only one was taken to a hospital. Paramedics treated the other two on scene for minor injuries.
Police say the suspected driver was fired from the business earlier Friday morning. The man was arrested at the scene and faces assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Meanwhile, there was shattered glass littered across the store’s entrance.
