Deadly 2-Vehicle Bakersfield Crash
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Jan. 21, 2022) — A fatal Bakersfield crash happened Friday morning at Norris Road and Airport Drive.
The deadly collision occurred about 7:39 a.m. on Jan. 21st at the Bakersfield intersection, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report the drivers of a white pickup truck and a white Toyota Corolla collided due to unknown circumstances.
Police requested the Kern County Sheriff Coroner respond to the scene at 7:27 a.m.
It’s unknown at this time how many suffered injuries in the crash or how many died.
Also, the names, gender and age of the victims will be disclosed after relatives are notified.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the fatal Bakersfield crash.
