Homeless Man Riding Bicycle Killed in Hit-And-Run in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2022) – A fatal bicycle accident involving a hit-and-run driver happened Thursday night at Hauser and Adams Boulevards in the West Adams area of Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Police Department is now seeking the public’s help to locate the suspect who fled, according to MyNewsLA.
A man believed to be in his 50s suffered major injuries when a driver struck him about 11:35 p.m., police said.
Despite efforts by arriving paramedics, the man died at the scene, police said.
Police did not release the identity of the victim, but the Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner will after notifying his family members.
Police have not released a description of the vehicle or motorist, but they are asking witnesses or anyone with information about the collision to call 877-LAPD-247.
