Woman Killed in Collision with Semi-Truck on El Mirage Road
EL MIRAGE, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2024) – A fatal crash on El Mirage Road happened Wednesday morning between a car and a semi-truck in San Bernardino County.
A woman died in the collision at around 6:58 a.m. on February 14, 2024 in unincorporated Adelanto County, according to Victor Valley News Group.
San Bernardino County Fire paramedics responded to the intersection at El Mirage Road between Richardson Road and Beaver Avenue.
However, the driver of the car died at the scene of the crash and the truck driver was uninjured, the report said.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department was at the scene and confirmed the female driver died, but did not provide her age or identity.
Traffic investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department – Victor Valley Station are working to determine fault for the fatal crash on El Mirage Road.
The car was towed from the crash scene, but it’s unknown if the semi-truck sustained any major damage at this time.
Authorities temporarily closed down El Mirage Road between Beaver and Richardson Roads.
