Woman Killed in 2-Vehicle Glendale Crash

GLENDALE, Calif. (April 1, 2024) – A fatal crash happened on Easter Sunday afternoon at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue near Glendale.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at about 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 31st in the La Crescenta-Montrose area, according to MyNewsLA.

The woman’s car was reportedly rear-ended by another vehicle, causing her sedan to swerve off the road and crash into a tree, according to the Glendale Police Department.

The impact left the woman with major injuries and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the other driver was not injured in the crash.

Finally, police closed down the intersection for roughly four hours to investigate the fatal crash on Foothill Boulevard.
