
2-Vehicle Car Accident on US 395 in Fremont Area
San Bernardino County, Calif. (March 29, 2024) — A fatal head-on crash happened Friday morning on US Highway 395, just north of Fremont Peak Road in San Bernardino County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred 17 miles north of Kramer Junction at around 5:10 a.m. on March 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the driver of a white Honda Pilot and a second vehicle were involved in the accident located in the Mojave Desert area.
Paramedics responded to the scene, but unfortunately at least one person died following the crash. Authorities request the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Office send the coroner. Meanwhile, a passerby stopped and was trying to direct traffic away from the crash scene.
Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the fatal crash on US Highway 395.
