 Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash Adams Boulevard, Harcourt Avenue

Man Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (April 12, 2024) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday at Adams Boulevard and Harcourt Avenue in the West Adams area of Los Angeles.

The deadly, multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on April 11th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Police officers responded to the 4800 block of Adams Boulevard and located the victim who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators determined another driver was traveling at high speed when it hit the victim’s vehicle, causing it to crash into a nearby building, the LAPD said.

Witnesses told authorities the suspect who caused the crash fled the scene on foot, but there are no further details.

Meanwhile, a woman who was riding in a third vehicle suffered injuries and was transported to a hospital in unknown condition.

The case remains under investigation and police are looking for the suspect.
