The two-vehicle collision occurred on eastbound Elsie Avenue about 8:20 a.m. on March 9th, just east of Highway 99, according to a California Highway Patrol 911 dispatch.
A 17-year-old Sacramento teen, later identified as Wilson Wilfredo Solares Cat, was riding a 2023 Kawasaki motorcycle when a 71-year-old Sacramento man in a silver Honda Accord turned into his path.
The motorcyclist crashed into the right side of the 4-door sedan and a third vehicle may have also been involved, the report said.
