Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with SUV at I-80 and Highway 101
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (April 11, 2024) — A fatal motorcycle crash happened Thursday on the Interstate 80 Freeway at the Highway 101 interchange in San Francisco.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 2:29 P.M. on April 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a white SUV collided with the motorcyclist at the southbound Highway 101 and eastbound I-80 freeways.
Meanwhile, the motorcyclist was thrown off the bike and sustained fatal injuries.
Finally, investigators are on the scene and will determine fault for the motorcycle crash on the 80 Freeway in San Francisco.
