Woman Killed in Solo Crash at Oroville Intersection
OROVILLE, Calif. (May 3, 2022) – A fatal Oroville crash happened Monday night at the intersection of Roseben Avenue and A Street.
According to the Oroville Police Department and Action News, a 22-year-old woman driving a black Acura SUV was found dead inside her vehicle.
The collision happened about 11:23 p.m. on May 2nd, according to police. The vehicle was allegedly traveling north on Roseben Avenue at high speed. It overturned twice and landed onto its side after it crashed into a parked vehicle.
Meanwhile, a man who had been riding in the vehicle as a passenger was also at the scene. He did not appear to have any injuries immediately following the collision.
The investigation into the deadly crash is ongoing. It’s unknown if drugs and or alcohol were factors in the Oroville crash on Roseben Avenue.
