Pedestrian Struck, Killed on Highway 101
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (March 1, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened Friday morning on Highway 101, just south of the Airport Boulevard off ramp in Santa Rosa.
The deadly crash occurred on the northbound 101 at around 2:29 a.m. on March 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the driver stopped and a Good Samaritan in a propane truck also pulled over to help the victim.
Paramedics responded to the scene, but unfortunately the person died at the crash scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Santa Rosa pedestrian accident on Highway 101.
