Deadly Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Collision
VALLEY CENTER, Calif. (April 11, 2024) — A fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened Wednesday morning on Cool Valley Road in Valley Center.
The deadly crash occurred at around 7:05 A.M. on April 10th in San Diego County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a blue and gold Toyota Corolla or Camry reportedly struck the pedestrian who was walking in the area of 14500 Cool Valley Road at Terrace View.
Authorities responded to the scene and the victim’s death was confirmed.
Meanwhile, investigators are on the lookout for the suspect and vehicle involved in the crash.
Witnesses or anyone with information about the accident on Cool Valley Road should contact police.
